Last night at the Landrum High School basketball game, Senior Sydney Price and 2023 Graduate Cole Johnson were presented with their 2023 State Championship Rings. 🥇💍 This is not just one, but TWO state championships in javelin for these stellar athletes - 2022 and 2023! 🎉 Congratulations, Sydney and Cole!

Mrs. Floyd is a special education teacher at Landrum High School. She is entering her 12th year in Spartanburg One at LHS. The surprise announcement was during a back-to-school meeting on Thursday surrounded by her family and colleagues!

Any student who plans to drive and park on campus for the 1st time must have completed the Alert & Alive Permit Pass Class, or show enrollment in a fall class. This is required by the district for all new student drivers who drive and park on campus. ⚠️🚘

🆕Important Safety Guidelines
The following safety changes are for Spartanburg One beginning Tuesday, August 1, 2023:
▪️Clear bag policy will be enforced for all attendees for after-school extracurricular events for all schools👝
▪️All students, middle school age and under, MUST be accompanied by a parent or other ticketed adult for a high school athletic event 🎟️
The decision to enforce these changes comes as part of the district's ongoing commitment to creating a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and attendees during events held within the district.
