Mr. Wesley's class participated in a gallery walk activity centered on the Great Depression. Students viewed photos and read interesting facts about the time period. Today's activity helped to build background knowledge about the setting of their novel study, Esperanza Rising.

Mrs. Quinn's class was the place to be today! Her students have been busy constructing vehicles to house and protect a raw egg. They designed and constructed the vehicles themselves using recyclable materials. To test their designs, the vehicles had to travel down inclined planes of two different heights and crash into a brick wall.
